Moss was born and raised in London England and came to the USA in 1972 He began playing
piano at a very young age and discovered Jazz and the Blues.
3 weeks after arriving he was in a Band called Eli Radish and played many Bar Gigs
in 1980 he formed Nitebridge Entertainment and started playing Weddings, Concerts, Solo
Piano Gigs, Cruise Ships opening for National acts (Blood Sweat and Tears Martha Reeves and
The Vandellas, Spyro Gyra Ray Charles to name a few)

Meet Aja Latrice, the sensational voice that started her journey at the tender age of 7. Guided by the musical legacy of her father, Dwayne Simon, who not only played the drums for LeVert but also possessed an enchanting voice. Aja's melodious path continued through high school, where she attended the prestigious Cleveland School of the Arts, ultimately earning her diploma in Vocal Music at Wilberforce University. There, she lent her exquisite soprano voice to the Wilberforce Concert Choir, leaving an indelible mark throughout her college years. Her versatile voice allowed her to explore various genres of music, captivating audiences across the United States with her awe-inspiring performances. After college she took a break and had two boys and worked other jobs to still not be fulfilled. Currently she is pursuing what she wants to do which is Cosmetology and singing.

Brianna Smith is a versatile vocalist weaving an eclectic and unique style into every performance.
Singing since childhood,
She has performed internationally, including touring Europe with the Singing Angels and sharing the stage with icons like Celine Dion.
Brianna considers herself a "hip-hop head" deeply inspired by her musically inclined brother, multi-talented mother, and legendary artists such as Ella Fitzgerald and Lauryn Hill. She draws inspiration from a love of music that spans across multiple genres
Laughter and creative expression are non-negotiables and as a proud mother of two sons, she balances her passion for music and family with grace and unwavering dedication.

Kennedy
Kennedy is a native of Terrell, Texas, where he was born and raised, singing since the age of 7 years old. He was voted Most Talented in the class of 1983. Kennedy was awarded a music scholarship to U.S. International University (School of Performing and Visual Arts) in San Diego, Ca. graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) degree in music, with an emphasis on Vocal Performance. Kennedy is an award-winning vocalist, both locally and nationally. He has opened for, or sang with, some of the biggest names in music, both Gospel and secular, including Pastor Shirley Caesar, Babbie Mason, Barry Manilow, Amy Grant, Bishop Rance Allen, Kirk Franklin and Bishop Jason Nelson, to name a few. He has also traveled abroad extensively ministering the gospel, including Sweden, Switzerland, Italy, Lithuania, and most recently, Tokyo Japan in 2015, Uganda Africa in 2017 and Ornskoldsvik, Sweden in 2019 and in January of 2024. Kennedy has 3 recordings to his credit, “Call to Worship”, “Christmas With Kennedy” and recently released “You Are God”. He is married to Marcy and has two daughters, Althea and Alascia. Kennedy recently retired from the Cleveland Police Department (where he held the rank of Sergeant) after serving for 25 years.
In addition to being an accomplished vocalist, Kennedy is also a director and teacher of choirs, a vocal coach, and a workshop clinician. He was flown to Uganda, Africa in 2017 to be the “headliner” in a Praise and Worship conference. On June 27,2023, Kennedy was a featured soloist at the famed Carnegie Hall in New York City as part of their 40th anniversary concert series celebration.

Carlo Michel discovered his passion for music at an early age and has since developed a vocal style deeply influenced by Soul, R&B, Rock, and Blues. Originally from Mexico City, he pursued formal training in contemporary vocal performance, shaping a sound rooted in feel and emotional connection. His musical journey eventually led him to the United States. Now based in Cleveland, Ohio, Carlo brings a warm and expressive presence to the stage.
As a member of Nitebridge, he delivers polished and soulful performances for clubs and bars, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations, connecting with audiences through authenticity, groove, and timeless musical expression.
Robert Booker
Robert Booker
Robert Booker is a Cleveland, Ohio–based drummer and percussionist known for his versatility, solid groove, and musical reliability. With a strong foundation in rhythm and dynamics, Robert brings precision, feel, and professionalism to every performance.
Robert performs with several bands and artists throughout the Cleveland area, including Nitebridge, The Band With No Name, Erin Nicole Neal and The Chill Factors, the Sam Hooper Group, and Mike Petrone. He also regularly subs for other groups around Cleveland, making him a dependable and adaptable presence in the local music scene.
Within The Band With No Name, Robert serves as the primary percussionist, substitute drummer, and substitute sound man, contributing both musically and technically to live performances. His ability to step seamlessly into multiple roles has made him a valued collaborator both onstage and behind the scenes.
Influenced by a wide range of musical styles, Robert approaches each project with strong time, musical sensitivity, and a commitment to serving the song. Whether anchoring the rhythm section or supporting a band’s technical needs, he consistently delivers steady rhythm and dependable execution.

Sam Hooper
Sam Hooper is a Guitarist, Band Leader, Singer/Songwriter and Educator, whose alluring blend of blues, rock, jazz and funk has thrilled audiences in China, Finland, Japan and around the USA.
2018 WINNERS of Northeast Ohio Blues Association’s Blues Challenge, Sam Hooper Group were Semifinalists in the 2019 International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN!
They've also performed at Tri-C JazzFest, Kent Blues Fest, Canton Blues Fest. They’ve also opened for international artists Shemekia Copeland and Walter Trout, among others.
Hooper performed solo at the 2025 Brite Winter Festival as well. An alumnus of University of Miami’s School of Music and Berklee College of Music, Hooper’s original songs have been heard on TV’s "All My Children" and "The Young & the Restless.”

Greg Henderson
Greg Henderson has been a part of the Cleveland music scene for many years and aspires to be a contributing student of music.
Early accomplishments include being elected to participate in Cleveland's All City Orchestra, playing at the University of Akron with other students for several musical productions including Hair and Jesus Christ Superstar, and working in local bands while studying computer science.
Since college, Greg has worked with acts that performed 200+ performances per year all over the country.
Through collaboration and friendship over the years, Greg has created several
recordings, shared the stage with well known artists, and developed into a progressive,professional musician.
Prior to Reach Success, Jerome spent over a decade as the Senior Housing Services & Community Outreach Manager at the YWCA of Greater Cleveland, where he honed his skills in community engagement and support. He also founded a nonprofit organization called “Men & Women of Central,” demonstrating his dedication to fostering positive change within his community. A graduate of the Neighborhood Leadership Development Program (NLDP) and the Neighborhood Leadership Institute (NLI), Jerome is actively involved in mentoring youth and leading various Fatherhood programs in the Central community of Cleveland.
Growing up in Central Cleveland, Jerome attended East Technical High School, where he played varsity basketball. Jerome is happily married for nearly thirty years and is a proud father of four adult children and eleven grandchildren. His journey and experiences shape his work at Reach Success, where he strives to inspire and empower others to achieve their fullest potential.

Dan Wenninger
Dan Wenninger is a Cleveland based saxophonist and veteran of NE Ohio's jazz and experimental sound scenes. He holds a B.A. from the University of Toledo and an Associates Degree in Jazz Studies from Cuyahoga Community College. Along with his performance schedule, he also maintains an active private lesson studio and has over 20 years of teaching experience.
He has spent over a decade curating the music at an event called 1Way, a monthly showcase that presents and documents local experimental, new, and free music. He also organizes a monthly free improvisation "jam" session called OutLab: Experiments In Improvised Music that takes place at legendary Cleveland jazz club, The Bop Stop. In 2018 he served as one of the music curators on Cleveland's CAN Triennial art/music/film Festival.
His various projects have opened for and shared the stage with such artists as Tatsuya Nakatani, Joe Morris, Ken Vandermark, Ozomatli, Liquid Soul, Paal Nilsen-Love, Susan Alcorn, Boneshaker, Ingrid Laubrock, Tom Rainey, Blowfly, Joe Lovano, Judy Silvano, Frode Gjerstad, Breakestra, and he's the saxophonist on two recent BEANS albums, HAAST and Someday This Will All Be Ash.

- The Cleveland Music School Settlement Fortnightly Scholarship Award Winner and Soloist – 1975
- Trumpet Faculty Head – The Cleveland Supplementary Educational Center Summer Arts Program – As a product of this program, progressed from a student teacher as a 9th grader through 12th grade to be named Trumpet Faculty head as a Senior at the Ohio State University. Co-conductor of the CSECSAP Jazz Ensemble, Band and Orchestra.

Composer of “A Tú Manera”, a song that hit in the top 5 on Radio Sol, Miami’s number one Salsa music station for 5 consecutive weeks.
Percussionist for Aretha Franklin at the Plum festival in June 1982 at the Cleveland Stadium
Percussionist for India, a world renowned Salsa singer in July 2015 at the Columbus Latino Fest.
